1     GENERAL

1.3  The shipping costs, which are the shipping costs of the product, shall be paid by the buyers.

1.4  Every product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract. 1.5  The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with documents such as warranty certificate, user manual, if any.

1.6  In the event that the sale, production and supply of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days after learning of this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.

 

2     IF THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS NOT PAID

2.1 If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

 

3     SHOPPING MADE WITH THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD

3.1 After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card to which the buyer has paid is used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer shall bear the shipping cost of the product subject to the contract within 3 days. must be returned to the SELLER in such a way.

 

4     IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME FOR UNDESIRED REASONS

4.1  If force majeure events occur that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer is notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar product or the delay of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; If he has made the payment in cash, this fee will be paid to him in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

 

5    BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CONTROL THE PRODUCT

7   PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED WITH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, Goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under the subscription agreement, The services rendered or the intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately, as well as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, cannot be returned in case the package has been opened by the BUYER as per the Regulation. In addition, before the expiry of the right of withdrawal, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal regarding the services that have been started with the approval of the consumer, in accordance with the Regulation.

7.2 Contracts for goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier.

7.3 Contracts for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

7.4 Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.

7.5 From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Contracts for the delivery of those whose return is unsuitable in terms of health and hygiene.

7.6 Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature related contracts.

7.7 Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables, data recording and data storage devices offered in material media, in case the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods.

7.8 Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under the subscription contract.

7.9 Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be made on a certain date or period.

7.10 Contracts for services performed instantly in the electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

7.11 Contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer, before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

11.12 Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, tape, etc.) in their unopened, untested, They must be intact and unused.

11.13 Personal requests, if any, specified when purchasing the product, are taken as an order and production starts immediately; After this stage, the right of withdrawal cannot be used. 7.14 The BUYER cannot exercise its right of withdrawal for the products that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the BUYER or that have been personalized by making changes or additions. In addition, the BUYER cannot use the right of withdrawal in the case of products that cannot be returned due to their nature, which are likely to deteriorate rapidly or expire.

7.15 In accordance with this contract, wedding dresses, evening dresses, engagement rings, caftans, etc. When the deposit of the product or the full balance of the product is received, the order for that date is created and the process begins. Therefore, any product that has not been delivered to the BUYER, which is still in production, cannot be changed or returned while it is at the order stage.

8   STATUS OF DEFERRED AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
8.1 The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the bank in case of default in the case of making the payment transactions by credit card.
